Incorrectly ordered or no longer required items: 14 days to return
Powertool Superstore is a trade supplier. As such all transaction are considered for trade use.
We will refund the item in full, excluding any postage and packaging charges that we have incurred when shipping, and/or collecting, providing the returned goods are complete with the original packaging and are in a resalable condition.
You must inform us of your intention to return, in writing, within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned to us within the 7 days following, no longer than 14 calendar days after receipt. We may at our discretion accept goods back after this time but we reserve the right to charge a restocking charge of up to 30%.
Faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items
If you have received the incorrect item or you received the item damaged please inform us within 24 hours of receipt using email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once Item is Returned it will be inspected for damages or Faults. After inspection and once we are satisfied there is a fault, we will either replace the item or arrange for a full refund* of the item.

Should your item become faulty within 30 days please follow the above procedure.
After 30 days, our tools come with a manufacturer’s warranty which ranges from 1 year to 2-3 years. We advise to register all tools after purchase to benefit from upgraded warranty.

*Vacuums/Extractors – must be returned with the dust empty or removed. Failure to do so may result in your item being rejected and additional charges applied.
